Our aim is to make online shopping as easy and fun as possible, by bringing fashion to you.
Here at DARB Fashion our stock changes regularly, to allow for new fashion-forward styles to become available. This means that we have limited stock for each style, and you will be one of a select few in the country to own a pair! It also means that if you have your eye on a particular style, don't wait too long or it might be snapped up from you!
We would love to hear from you if you're looking for a particular style, or with pictures of styles you like. If we have enough interest, we would be happy to get some new original styles made, with the help of our valued customers...You may even be lucky enough to have the new style named after you!

DELIVERY COSTS
- NZ Nationwide Delivery is $7.50.
- Standard 2-3 Day delivery
- Delivery must be made to a NZ residential address, and can not be made to a PO Box.
- For urgent deliveries, please email us.
International Deliveries:
- Australia ID $18.50.
- For other International orders, please email us for pricing.
RETURNS
Returning your order is super easy!
DARB Fashion is more than happy to exchange your shoes for a different size, or style under the condition that the shoes remain unworn, and in the original packaging.
To return your shoes, simply email us at returns@darbfashion.co.nz with the reason for the return, and replacement size/style requested. We will then reply with an exchange email, including a return address. Please print off a copy of this email, and place it in your return package.
There is a small charge of $10 for the delivery of the exchange pair.
Return emails must be received within 14 working days of the purchase date, and returned goods must be received within 30 days.
At DARB Fashion we aim to ensure as few returns as possible, therefore, if you have any queries regarding sizes, or would like further info on any of our styles, then please check our size guides, or contact us for further information.
We recommend that when trying on your shoes, you should do so on carpet to avoid any scuffing on the soles.
In the unlikely event that the goods are deemed to be faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Please email us with the details, and we will process your request as soon as possible.
SIZE GUIDE
DARB Fashion Shoes come in a US Size (Standard in NZ), please see below the size guide to determine your size, if you know your EU, or UK Size then look for the US size on the corresponding row.
Sizes can fluctuate slightly between footwear manufacturers, so the size tables are a general guide to help with fitting.
If you're not sure which size you are, then please download the Printable Measuring Chart below, and follow the instructions on the printout.
For more help choosing the correct shoe size, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure you get the correct fit.
